Then, one of three outcomes will occur:

We can't fix the problem: This is where our no-risk promise shines. If we can't find a solution, we refund your $1,000 in full. Yes, that's right. You pay absolutely nothing if we can't resolve your issue.
We identify the problem but need more time: If we can't provide a fix within the hour, but we've identified the issue and can estimate the time required for resolution, we'll give you the details. If you accept our estimate, we'll get started on the fix at a rate of $200 per hour. Your original $1,000 payment becomes a deposit against this work.
In other words, if it takes us an additional two hours to fix the problem, we refund you $200. Should it take us more than five hours in total, we invoice you for the additional time.
