If you write Access applications professionally, there's a good chance you frequently work with SQL Server.  And if you work with SQL Server, you should know about Ola Hallengren.

Ola maintains a set of backup and maintenance scripts for SQL Server that are simply awesome.  Better yet, you can get these scripts for just three easy installments of $0.  Yep, Ola gives them away.
